Warranty Information

All Shackcom products purchased from an authorized retailer or sales channel and manufactured by Shackcom are covered by our limited warranty. This limited warranty covers all hardware defects in components or workmanship under normal use for the time period specified by each individual product. If the defect is found to be covered under this warranty, Shackcom will either repair or replace the defective product using new or refurbished replacement parts without charge.

 

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, accidental breakage, negligence, defects caused by modifications, repair and servicing not made or authorized by Shackcom, damage caused by handling, operating, storing, or using the product outside the intended uses described by our product literature. We reserve the right to update the terms of this warranty at any time without prior notice.
